Viewing Desktop Live This is the viewer in action. The remote desktop is shown in the viewer. Everything the user at the remote PC will be shown live in the viewer. |
Viewer Interface Tool Bar This is the toolbar at the top of the viewer. A description is given for each button. | |
Logging In Screen Log in to view the remote PC right from the viewer. Enter your username and password that you selected when signing up. A list of available computers you are authorized to view will be listed. Click the View link if the remote PC is shown as being online. Its that simple! |
Capture Desktop The remote desktop can instantly be captured and saved to file. All screens can then be viewed by date. | |
Terminating Programs You have the ability to list all programs running on the remote computer and terminate one immediately. If they are doing something you do not want, then stop the program instantly. Send a message as an option also. |
Send Instant Message Easily send a message to the user of the remote computer. A message window will appear on top of any programs they are running until they read it and is closed. | |
Resize Viewer / Stay On Top The viewer can be resized to any size needed. It can also be set to stay on top of any other programs so it can be watched while doing other tasks. |
Setting Up Users Setup multiple users to view the remote PC. Each user can have specific permissions for taking control of the remote PC or just viewing. | |
View PC Live When you login to view the remote PC, the full status of the remote PC is shown. This includes if the computer is online, last time it logged online, name of the remote PC and more. If you are the account admin, you can access the options/tools shown under the status. |
Multiple Remote PCs You can have more than one remote PC on your account. Just click Add Additional Computer in the Options. Each remote PC will have its own serial number. A list of all PCs you have permission to view are listed with their status. | |
